Learn how administrators, instructional coaches, and teachers worked collaboratively to design a long-range, school-wide vision that supports all four domains of T-TESS. Presenters will walk attendees through the process of developing a vision, designing teacher-led professional development, and the next steps of this continuous school improvement process. Attendees will experience the initial aspects of the collaborative design and brainstorm next steps for embedding a vision into their campus culture.
